But at least playing with somebody that you know since you were 14 helps and...

you know, had a little chat here and there.

And like you say, he, unfortunately he had a bad day and, uh, eventually he was just, you know, staying out the way and let me carry on.

And, uh, you know, we didn't really chat much coming down the back nine.

We just, uh, got focused and get going.

Um, and I know that feeling, I mean, in 2005, I had that bad, uh, final round and, uh,

It's not a nice feeling when the hole just suddenly disappears and you play like you haven't played golf in months.

Yeah, the problem really started from the tee.

I was just trying to hit a four iron down there or a three iron down there and make sure you hit the fairway.

And I probably made my worst swing of the day there, blocked it into that right rough and then got hooked up on the second shot

When it went up in that left area there near the stands and the crowd, I thought to myself, you know, from there, it's going to be tough to keep it on a green.

Never mind, get it close.

I got there and luckily for me, I've hit it where the crowd's been walking and I had a half decent lie.

I thought to myself, you know, the lie is fairly good.

If I can land it just perfect one yard short of the green, I can keep this on a green and

I just played it perfect and still, well, obviously still ended up making about a six-footer for par.

But that was key, that par there to keep the momentum going, yeah.

You know, there was just another really bad nine iron into the green.

I was a little bit in between a hard wedge or a nine, and I went with a softer nine and blocked it out and plugged it in the bunker and tried to probably get a little too cute with the plug line.
