And that's not something we enjoy.
Yeah.
But giving other people the opportunity to speak, um, getting people to come forward and share their experiences has helped me in my career for anyone that's doing this.
They by doing that in front of a group of people you generally network with and know, brilliant for your career prospects in the future as well, getting known in the ecosystem.
And as you move up from that, going from a say maybe a a local user group to a like a national conference, international.
Uh through that mechanism, I got to speak at Salesforce's biggest conference Dreamforce.
And I've been an eight-time speaker there because people have seen me speak, because I've got over my nerves and public speaking, I've got the experience.
So I recommend it for anyone to do that.
Please volunteer, please speak, please go along to your local groups, but not just Salesforce ones.
There's thousands of groups on meetup as well.
And I'm at a stage of my career now where I'm thinking.
Do I go to the Anthropic meetup?
Do I go to the Open AI one?
Do I go to the Syria one?
What on earth do I go to next?
Uh is an interesting area to be in.
Uh it's always good to have that wider experience of learning from others.
Yeah, one thing we used to do quite well is we used to ask every event, say, is any is this anyone's first event?
Put your hand up.
And again, it it breaks the ice for them.
