Um, because it is nervous going somewhere on your own to crump people you've never met before, not knowing if you know more or less than them, or being in awe of the people speaking because you've read about them online and they're a superstar like Richard Clark.
I still have people come up to me at conferences asking for photos, and I find it quite weird.
Uh, because I don't consider any celebrity status or anything like that.
People say, Oh well, you're amazing.
So people think, Oh, you know everything.
I don't know everything.
I'm the same as you, I'm still learning things just like you.
Um, but yeah, maybe with a slightly bit more charisma, but you'll get there, you'll learn from experience.
So very much getting people to do that, and obviously, we often give out swag and things as well.
And again, the people.
people's delight at winning a pair of socks or a mug or a flashing ball is is quite incredible to see.

Yeah, I'd I'd like to say it was all planned out, but that would be a complete lie.

Um when I was at the company Brightgen, we had a uh integration problem between SAP and Salesforce.
And the problem was a specific very specific business case, um products.
So when new products are added into the ERP system, SAP, we need a price book entry for them in Salesforce.
And this customer was multi-currency.
So it was a bit of a problem.
