It doesn't come and land on you.
Yeah.
And we talked about the word burnout and I think people think burnout means you're tired, and it doesn't.
One of the first signs of cr of burnout is resentment.
You know.
Okay.
You become resentful of the work you're doing, you don't get a promotion.
I d and I and I I give talks to schools all the time about this.
Particularly because uh and in C suite and all that, but I think when you don't get a promotion and you're all at the same level, it can cause an awful lot of backbiting, it can cause an awful lot of rotwood in there and say, Well, she only got that because she's so f friendly with the who the boss or whatever it is and you start to become resentful of the kind of the structures in the system and then you start to kind of like not do your job as well and all of a sudden you're kind of like not working at the level that you want to work in the world.
Or do
F the most important thing is someone else's success isn't your failure.
Right.
And and it's very hard sometimes to kind of see that.
And what I would always say is not getting a promotion, uh like I've not landed in scholarships in my life, I haven't got things that I wanted to get and all that and when I analyze them nicely, that was an avenue for more.
You know, when I didn't get that something else opened up, right?
But you can get quite linear linear in your viewpoint and I would say, try to look at what you didn't get and see that as what can I learn from this?
What n
Not a failure.
Wha wha what what's the message in here?
And if you really start to see little bits of setbacks
