I successfully completed a lovely park run on Saturday.

I've been upping my base mileage ahead of last week's rather big announcement that I'm going to do a marathon in 2026.

Correct, starting on the 19th of January.

I'm going to do three runs a week.

I've always been told not to do two runs two days in a row.

Consecutive runs.

Because I just get a bit bruised and a bit sore in the operation area.

So my days are going to have to be very tailored, Sarah.
