Is it smelling right?

I may have been out running in that site.

I may have forgotten to wash it.

It was almost as hot as the running channel Christmas party that was on a boat in a boat basement is the only way I can describe it.

We were so deep in this boat's bowels that we were essentially in the engine room.

We'd hired the engine.

We were in the river.

Yeah, come along to the National Running Show on the last day of January and the first day of February where Sarah and I will be talking three times.

Did you use the alternate days approach?

Because by using that approach, you get your rest days in.

Because anybody who's probably got a bit of metal in their leg, like me, like I mentioned briefly at the start, the micro damage that you get by running consecutive days is what causes the problem.

And having that rest day, the micro damage and the tendons just repair very quickly.

So if I did a second run, I just get bruising around the metal.

It's just by my knee.
