Lots of familiar faces and business gets done and you jump table to table trying to you know look what teams uh have in mind or what their plans are.

So probably miss some of that and then you know, sometimes uh the downside of the draft table is

You're back to back within opposing teams, computers are shut.

uh communications at a whisper level and uh you know you're often jumping out of your chair to go scout to scout versus having some open dialogue which uh

Uh it's I mean the process is the same, the it's just a different level of conversation.

You know, you still have to order from one on, uh you still organize your thoughts and events of moves, you still sort of set your internal marketplace.

Uh so that part's all the same.

Uh yet you know, you work so much more off of a magic number or a a counting backwards of okay.
