forgiving on, okay, we're gonna lose, you know, our top thirty players or top thirty five players and then kinda dictate where you think your draft uh essentially would start.

I do not.

Yeah, like I I don't wanna put the exact number on it just for Sam or for other people involved.

But he was uh he was within our top twenty, I can tell you that.

Okay.

And I can tell you is between fifteen and twenty is the best I can do for you.

Okay.

Uh that's as transparent as I can get, uh just in fairness to the process.

But

For us we just have some guidelines we go by of when we would get aggressive to select a player and that's part of that internal marketplace that your list tells you.

You know, so if we have him, you know, do the math on the rough numbers, if he's getting close to doubling, uh that means okay, you could get aggressive.

Uh or it would justify yeah, you know, making a move if it was available.

And then sort of twenty five didn't really have any input on the decision at the time, just you know, Bill Scott had a a great proposition to make the trade uh make the pick still viable to be

to be a trade.

So that was probably the biggest risk was

You know, at the deadline if we needed to pick

You know, number one you've got to make an astute pick with the player you select, and then number two, you can't handcuff yourself uh for a future deal if our team is performing and you know, Stan and Jacks need to give it a a punch to get over the edge or you need to be competitive in acquiring a player.
