Raymond was maybe Montembeau's second biggest advocate.

But it was Marty St.

Louis who was the biggest advocate for Montembeau.

And...

Marty St.

Louis bent all the norms, bent over backwards for Montembeau, not only giving him starts, but giving him preferential treatment.

And the funny part was that Marty never failed to tell us how little he knows about the goaltending position.

So Marty wasn't making logical decisions.

He was not making hockey decisions.

He wasn't making proper coaching decisions.
