Um, it happened at approximately eleven fifty-five two weeks ago.

I was going on one of my regular walks and then I looked to my left, I saw there was a congregation of people standing around.

I saw two police officers and two other men who weren't in uniform and my neighbor.

Okay.

So obviously, like any person would do when you see it something that's happening in your area, I go over there and I say, What's all this then?
