And as he was walking his dog, he was also walking the dog of one of our neighbors, okay?

Walking both dogs, when all of a sudden, yeah, one of the gates near my house was open.

The dog saw that as an escape.

Cut loose from its leash, ran into the middle of the road and was knocked down by a bin truck.

So I don't know what's gonna happen here in terms of the investigation.
