It's it's very problematic.

But not it but so I think it is really awful that people don't give it more moral consideration and take the argument seriously.

I think part of the reason that they don't is because some of the arguments are just very anti Natalist and don't resonate with people.

They don't think life is awful like Benatar.

They don't think children have consent rights like Schiffer.

And so they just don't pursue things further.

It seems doesn't have any intuitive pull on them.

Um I think if they thought of life more as a risk imposition

uh, which I think is the right kind of model for thinking about this act.

It would encourage more

serious thought.

You know, but it in my first chapter actually I talk a little bit about some of the other general procreative, you know, motivational puzzles.

We we revalue equality or in a re in our relationships, but then we have children where we're gonna have an unequal relationship.

For the time that and for the for the l you know, not for most of it's completely, you know, um

imbalance in power and in yeah uh you know um

And in well, in power, that's the big main way yeah.

It's talent.

And we normally think of that as a bad thing.
