Every conference is valuable to whoever wants to attend to it.

We've just tried to create ours still having the intimacy of actually being able to chat to the other people within the network, the people attending on the day,

but also feel like a connection amongst everyone as a collective, especially the speaker, rather than having these massive open arena setups.

And we always try and find a quirky little place to host it as well, just to make it a bit more...

Whenever we've sat down and every year I've done it, I've always thought about over the last year and then going forward and what common conversations I'm having with either agents or clients or coaches.

and then so we start with that as the theme element to it and then I then go and source the speakers that are going to compliment that and think about the panelists that we're doing and then find those collective people and what I've also enjoyed is we've always showcased unknown talent as well that not necessarily you tend to find in other industry conferences a lot of the panel speakers it's the first time they've ever done the panelists because
