I took the viewpoint on that.
I've got two central locations, one in central London and one in centre of Manchester.
Um, two great venues.
Um, easy to get to.
And it gives a central point for anyone who might be up north.
And the goal again, like like you said at the beginning, when you've got two agents in a room
Just some agents come from the south and experiencing some agents stuff in the north and vice versa.
Again, just creates that mindset view on it.
That but i the the good thing is because like how our accelerator program works and we know that there's six workshops in advance, then there's nothing to say we can do exactly the same thing that we've already started planning for the early part of next year.
So everyone knows the dates, everyone everyone knows they could book it out.
Um
And we with all those events we it's you get two tickets as a part of uh part of it to be on p pin p being a part of that event.
So same with the EX acceler uh EX events we do.
We've got EX eleven coming up in October.
The big annual event.
Yeah, the big annual event, I get tickets to that as well.
Um
But I think going back to what you we said at the beginning.
what it takes to be a great member is having the commitment you you want to develop your own business.
