And it's why I love the name set the standard personal uh that we hear it all the time in coaching, you know, the standard you walk past is the standard you accept.
And I think it rings true in this space as well.
Coaches are leaders.
Whether you feel like it or not is kind of irrelevant.
You are a leader.
Kids will look forward to that game every single week, whether you know it or not.
Like it's it's one of those things that just lives rent free in their mind, it feels like, that
almost from Wednesday onwards they're thinking about their Saturday game.
It it's gonna be a big part o of what they go through.
So I love the naming around it.
Suppose I'm curious how in ten years time
what will this look like if it's all worked and everyone uh has genuinely made that commitment to to move forward in the right direction, what do you envisage community sport looking like there?
