They don't want to be favoured and everything catered towards them.
They just want to be considered.
And that goes such a long way to being building team morale, it goes
belonging within a a a community space more than anything else.
It's amazing how quickly just a question will change everything.
And it's like, look, um, you know, I do or don't eat this.
Um but I appreciate you asking.
Like even if you can't facilitate that for whatever, I just appreciate that you've considered it in that space.
And it's amazing how often that first question or that first consideration
leads to two or three others that come down the road and all of a sudden you've got a really great two-way relationship where you can talk very openly about what they might experience, what they go through and how you can help facilitate that as best as possible.
So I think the more communication around that the better.
Uh it's gonna make like if you're a parent, I'm just I'll role play this out, but if you're a parent and you know that your child has been asked those questions at a training session.
You would sit there and go, Why would I wanna leave this?
This is fantastic.
Like they feel a sense of belonging, they're happy, they're engaged with what's going on.
Even if they get to that point where it's like, Oh, I'm not really too sure if I wanna keep trying to play at the higher level or anything like that Okay, that's fine, you don't have to.
But do you really wanna leave the sport?
Because this is a really safe, welcoming, challenging environment.
that makes you happy.
And that's the the goal, I think.
