Yeah, and it's it's funny, I was talking to a coach about it not too long ago and just about all this sort of stuff, like team bonding and and cohesiveness and all those sorts of things.
And their their comment was, Look, I'd love to do it, but I don't want to waste a training session.
And it's like it's not a waste.
It's not a water.

Like you have no idea the power that will come into this group once they all understand each other better.
Like just let your club know, hey, we're not using the court this week so they can give it to someone else.
Yeah.
Like just do it off court somewhere.
And just unpack it a little bit.
And I think as a coach, be a little bit vulnerable in that as well.
And and say, look, I don't have all the answers.
Like if you d if you don't, don't don't lie, obviously.
But you know, if you don't have all the answers, you know, don't make it up.
But endeavour to try and unpack that a little bit as well and and just find out because that connection piece is just massive.

Yeah, and uh you b you're absolutely correct with that because you you just don't know.
It's there's an assumption that because you've got an eight twenty game, everyone will just be there at eight twenty and you've got to figure out how to get there and how to get home from it and you've got to make sure that you play as as well as you possibly can in that time too.
