If you are a coach and all of a sudden you look at your playing group, you've you've just been handed a team at the start of the season, what are maybe some of the activities they could do as a group?

to have a more inclusive environment around them.

Like would that be everyone around in a circle, talk a little bit about where you've come from, why you played th like would they be the the first starting point, do you think?

A phenomenal.

And it's uh I think it's one of my all time favorite quotes is the the shared diversity builds resilience.

Yep.

And it and it really is.

And it's that that connection that comes with it of just a little bit of an awareness as once we step off the court.

But it's amazing how much that connection will matter.

And, you know, we all know what little kids are like.

They they know nothing.

They just run around like lunatics and, you know, they're excitable about everything.

I think the earlier we can expose them to that understanding of of other people from different cultures and backgrounds and diversity, the better they're gonna be for it.
