This is true of progressive parties have been in power.
But I do think at some fundamental level, the basic coalitional math for Democrats has oriented itself around this sort of coalition of the engaged and Trump sort of oriented around the coalition of the disengaged.
And there's just more of the latter than the former.
And, you know, you find yourself in this.
you know, a difficult situation.
And part of that is how you have to talk to people and how you get to them.
But there's something bigger than that, that, you know, is more than just like, oh, if you if you went on 10 podcasts, they'd like you more.
It's like there's a bigger problem about how we talk about ourselves and what we are and what we claim to represent.
I can't I can't even imagine explaining that to him.
I think there's a couple of different reasons.
Is it the flash mobs?

People in politics pretend they're super data-driven, but at the end of the day, they just do what feels good to them.
And you see this on people posting about politics.
Democrats simply need to do the thing that confirms all of my priors and they'll win or whatever.
But I think that when you actually think about staffers, people on campaigns, they are typically –
