For me, I was always kind of working on myself and kind of developing this methodology as well.

But kind of, I suppose, in the last year, I would see kind of a fairly rapid improvement in them.

Like you'd see it anywhere from kind of one month to two months.

They'd notice a change themselves.

But I mean, it's not just...

For me, it's not just about the sport as well, it's about their whole life.

When they start to recognise the importance of where I'm directing my attention isn't just about the sport, it's outside the sport as well.

It's in my daily life, it's in my relationships.

For some of the younger athletes,

it's in their school, in college, how it affects them in preparation for exams.

We're kind of in this system where we're constantly being evaluated.

And in that evaluation for an awful lot of athletes is that fear of visibility.

And if you have an experience in the past where you felt judged in front of other people, that can kind of get solidified in the subconscious.

And it can kind of start to run a program where you're afraid of experiencing that judgment again.

So that's the other side that I look at.

I have a background in sports hypnosis as well.

So it's always very important to kind of see, has the athlete had these experiences in the past where they felt kind of judged in front of an audience?

And to be honest, the majority of them have, because they're the ones that are putting themselves in that environment to receive the potential of that judgment.

I'm 10 years now, I think, in my practice, and I've definitely noticed a difference in the last couple of years.

Maybe it's since COVID, I'm not really sure, but I've definitely noticed that there's more interest in it.
