I can be the balance of power to have my team calm.

And then they can start making decisions.

And then we can take that next deliberative measure step towards success.

Cause I think it goes back to your, like, you know, how do you transition out of this and all that?

And you have to realize as a veteran, especially if you served at those levels,

Yeah, you earned your black belt.

You were an expert.

You had the superpower.

But when you get out, you have to understand you're putting back on a white belt and you're starting over again.

And the faster you can realize that and the faster you can find that new identity and purpose, that is such a humbling experience.

Yes, sir.

And you're able to take that to other people like, look, hey, yeah, I've been there.

And it just gave me a little bit of time and I'll re-find my superpower or my black belt on my second hero's journey.

But to help other people do that, that's an incredible feeling.

I want them to realize and give them the framework of the hero's journey.

You left this known world of everything that you were in.

You went to this unknown universe.

Yes, sir.
