So education and awareness for cardiac myosin inhibition and disease awareness is high.

We do different kinds of market research pre-launch.

And this category has benefited from BMS doing a lot of very good work in terms of

seeding the marketplace with knowledge.

And you see direct to consumer advertising and other strategies that have been enabling of that.

They've been doing this for three to four years.

And we come into this market now where we don't have to do a lot of that heavy lifting.

It's incumbent upon us instead to be enabling of information sharing and

That could broaden the number of cardiologists, perhaps outside of centers of excellence and deeper into the community, who may be more comfortable prescribing based on what would be a new entrant into this category.

I expect the work that we're going to do will be complementary and supplemental to that which BMS is doing, and it wouldn't be the first time

that a second entrant into a category catalyzed growth of the category.

In fact, BMS is no stranger to that story.

That's exactly what's happened in the anticoagulant space that they have done such a fine job to build awareness for.

We hope to join them in this marketplace to be enabling of, again, more cardiologists comfortable for prescribing for more patients.

Our market research would suggest that

the label and the REMs make a major difference in terms of product adoption.

And cytokinetics has worked very hard to be enabling of the development of afikampton or mycorzo as leverages its differential properties to be resulting in a differentiated label and

risk mitigation profile as is captured in the REMS.

So if you look at our label and our REMS, there are a number of things that we heard from patients and physicians they were looking for that we think we are in a position to satisfy in terms of how quickly a physician can up titrate a patient to be enabling of relief of symptom burden.
