I mean, she met pretty much everyone of any substance from um the mid-early part of the 20th century right up to 2022.

And he was her last state visitor.

He came in 2019 and then COVID hit, then she was ill, so he was the last.

And uh we had uh several chats actually, it was purely because of his affection for her.

I would say it is special and historically special between the White House and Buckingham Palace.
