I of the last probably 15 cases I've had where progressive is the insurance company, I've filed a lawsuit because they just will I've told my client, I'm like, they're not gonna make you a fair offer.
Yeah.
Um, and uh what will happen is progressive has a roster of
defense firms that they'll refer the case out to, right?
Because when you file the lawsuit and the insured of the you know, the person who caused the accident is is served
someone has to represent them.
And if you read your insuring agreement, whatever auto insurance you have, uh, they promise to hire you a lawyer.
So there's three or four different firms that I know very well because I file I sue progressive all the time.
Um
What it generally happens is after service I'll get a phone call from them.
uh from that lawyer and they'll say, Hey, what's going on here?
And I'll tell 'em they made me a nonsense offer.
Um
I'm not gonna cut it.
They say, All right, let me take a look at the file.
I'll get back with you.
And more often than not, I at least get a real offer of settlement, not
25% of your medical bills, 30% of their medical bills.
It's medical bills plus, right?
