We qualify those leads.
We take them through the exploration of a franchise opportunity with a given client.
We do all the disclosures.
We host the discovery day.
The client, of course, has the sole responsibility with our input, but certainly legally the sole responsibility to approve that franchisee.
And essentially, we take that buyer all the way through the business planning part of the process,
assist them in the raising of capital.
