But what we're able to do is transition that qualified candidate who makes the purchasing decision into the functions that support the launch of their business, be it real estate, site selection, construction, their initial training, supply chain, and so forth.
A lot of times folks will ask me, you know, what justifies
you know, your business.
And it's really simple.
If you think about franchise company leadership today, those folks have to do two things exceptionally well.
One is focus on operational excellence, right?
So at the end of the day, they need to be doing the things that support their franchisees in creating revenue and running their businesses profitably so that those franchisees remain viable.

What we're able to do is step in on a very cost-efficient basis and to bring to them a level of depth and a team with experience
that they could not assemble on their own.

Last year, we were involved in more than 500 franchise sales in just the U.S.,
And I'm not sure that maybe outside of some of the biggest companies in franchising, I'm sure Subway, as an example, did more transactions, but there's no one in our space who is comparable
size, scope, scale, employee count, revenue, and so forth.
