So being in Chicago and meeting the whole front office with Getz playing, Barfield,

Jib Tomey, Phil Nevin.

You know, I've grown a pretty good relationship with Phil Nevin over the last few months.

And, you know, just having those guys in my corner has been, you know, it's a big plus.

And I enjoy being around people that love the same game as me.

Yeah, I mean, it's the most important thing for me.

I think trying to be on the field helps me stay locked in throughout the game and throughout the week.

You know, doing what I can to elevate the people around me to win helps me play my best.

I play the most in any parts of my game just because I think it elevates not just myself but the people around me.

And just being leaders, it's everything to me.

And it's not just me.

At UCLA, it wasn't just me being the leader.

We had a really good group of guys.

It felt like we had 20, 30 leaders in the clubhouse to where everyone's pushing for the same goal.

And I hope that I can carry that over to Pro Bowl.
