What is interesting that President Trump comments over the weekend is that the US is now on a low key in it.
Low key in it, he said.
Uh and only semi negotiating.
Um uh what you could argue that yeah, sure, you semi negotiating if they don't want to talk to you.
But um uh for for now what what appears
to be w importance like the the the Fed or rather the the US appears to be
uh playing a game of like well let's just wait and see how this play out.
Uh it's important to note, as Trump mentioned over the weekend, that uh Iran is suffering economically.
They have inflation running over uh seventy percent, seventy seven percent I think is the number.
Um and the economy is weakening and they've also the Americans introduced another thirteen companies restricting access to to um trade with Iran in
including a crypto company that supposedly has been funding quite a bit of the Iranian government.
So um for now it seems that the Americans are willing to wait and to apply more economic pressure.
Um but from a market perspective, uh it's probably two things wait noting.
One, the negotiations are not going as smoothly as as expected and and that implies that um any increasing flow or movement of vessels is probably not going to be as quick
as you expect.
And the other point to note is that we also had the Iran back uh Houthis claiming another attack on the Saudi Arabian uh Jisan refinery.
Um so that's important.
I'm quite important to, you know, remember the refinery and supply of of Asia, um, which obviously affects us here, uh, is the theme that we need to keep an eye on.
Uh because not it's not just brand oil prices, but obviously those refined prices.
Okay.
