Yeah, we've seen uh bond yields in the UK jump a lot more than others.
I mean in general we've seen yields go up today.
Um you know, the the reaction to
oil prices is probably the big factor in in the move up in yields.
Uh but even then, you know, like you see the US up five basis points in the ten year space, uh, but gills are up eight.
Um so certainly that it plays to that sort of idiosyncratic dynamic coming from the PM news.
Um and yeah, when it comes to to the UK, the you know, the market is is basically telling the Prime Minister that
You know, we're watching you and we we want to see if you stick to to the rules.
Um and whether they they find a way of uh you know, finding ways of funding of balance sheet structures.
Um um it would be interesting uh and it would be interesting to to what extent uh the UK can get away with it.
Uh but uh certainly that reference to flexibility uh rattle the market.
Uh but saying that
That that happened at the beginning.
Um and then when the announcement of join Healy was done at the end, we did see a bit of a r improvement in in terms of uh price action for guilds, given that he uh Healy is d certainly seen as as a little bit more conservative compared to the other options.
Um and a safe pair of hands.
He does have experience in in in the Chancellor, uh or working for the Chancellor, I should say.
Okay.
Um so so that's a positive.
