Um but certainly in terms of the big plan and the this new economic model that the Prime Minister is saying, he's sounding all positive when when it comes to the details that the market essentially wants to know well, are you gonna borrow more money or not?
Um and and how you're gonna find all of this.
So so that's the challenge that the the UK has.
dollar is also on the rise.
Yes, and back up of seventy cents.
So I mean w one of our sort of arguments or over the near term for for the Aussie dollar is that we see it uh supported in the sort of this range kind of rangey environment.
Um it's important too to remember that when you look at for instance central bank cash rates, um the RBA's cash rate is is the highest within G ten.
Um
And then we also during the summer period in Europe uh and and the US and tends to be a bit of a lull in terms of major directional moves within markets and we're kind of seeing that.
We we're moving sideways in in the inequities and um
And so so so in that environment the the Aussie dollar is probably gonna get that support from the carry perspective.
Of course we've seen these bouts of risk aversion that are playing a part.
Um but we've kind of um still s sort of going up and down, up and down and not going in anywhere in in in in a major direction.
So for for now that that is supportive for the Aussie.
Um and also, you know, in terms of all these tensions, the Australia is kind of
doing fine and it's far away.
So so that kind of helps helps the helps the narrative.
Um and and of course the flip side to all of that as well is that these these concerns around energy uh are a concern for for the likes of the euro and and the yen.
So those are the ones that are point showing a little bit more volatility and reaction to to the movement in oil prices.
We think so, yeah.
