We're a big part of the university ecosystem.
And there is fear and concern amongst graduates.

It's very real for young people.
The reality is, if I go back 15 years, we were taking on a third of the graduates that we are now, and we were taking on predominantly all the traditional audit attacks.
Those audit and tax roles are by and large still there.
They're a little bit different.
They're more data-infused or AI-infused, so there's more skills.
Bigger businesses requiring more graduates.
There is no shortage of demand for highly achieving young people in this country.
In fact, it's the exact opposite.
There continues to be a shortage of supply.
So the first question that I'm asked by nearly every client has nothing to do with
The company or EY or the audit or tax or corporate finance, it's very often about graduates.
What would you advise them to do, et cetera?
