What are we doing differently?

First of all, I think we're growing.

So that allows the kind of demand to grow.

But we have a very, you know, we have a broader, I guess, kind of skills input than you might imagine.

You know, for example, we've got big offshore capability in India and some near shore for our field as well.

I mean, we will tweak our demand for those areas, I guess, as technology changes rapidly.

You can have extremes on this that you'll continue to require.

Our revenue has always been heavily linked to heads, chargeable errors, etc.,

So current middle ground estimates is that we won't have materially lower, but we will have a continuing bigger business.

So there will be real efficiencies at play there.

But right now, an awful lot of our largest lines still very much link bums on seats to services.

And that's how they buy us.

All be aware.

Very aware of the potential challenges of a quick market change.

We're talking about AI and transformation.

Our recent CEO survey will put that right at the very top and supply challenges for them.

So are they being disrupted in their markets?

Are they being disrupted in terms of their margin as to what they're getting paid?

You know, how are they dealing with other aspects around call space?

Geopolitics is number two on that.
