And if you're a franchisor or an employee of a franchisor, you also need to get involved in giving your franchisees the tools that they need to succeed.
You give them an operations manual.
You give them all those other tools to run their business.
You also have to give them the tools to access credit.
And a lot of that has to do with managing their P&Ls, knowing not only what the gross sales are, because we all know franchisors get paid royalties on gross,
But you need to know if they're making money.
And if they're not making money, you need to help them or fix your system.
So those would be my parting comments from both sides of the fence.
