And so we decided at that moment, right on the spot.

We're gonna build the Apple store on the experience of a five star motel.

And we turned to the best five-star hotel in the world at that time.

The Ritz-Carlton four seasons had 80 of the top one hundred.

Hotels in the world for service.

So they obviously had a training program that worked.

And we became friends with the Ritz and they let our first 10 store managers go down there and we had time to open a hotel.

And we sent five to Dallas to open the Ritz in Dallas and five to D C to open a store there.

And we learned about how you really serve people.

And it's about the relationship.

And recognize that every customer has different needs and different interests.

And so when you come to the Apple store, we'd always greet you with a warm welcome, approach with a warm welcome.

We politely ask, you know, no one comes to store without some reason.
