But um I I you know, like I I always knew that it would happen.
So year after year, like just training consistently, um, you know, like being at it and um
not giving up on and having people like close to me that encouraged me and like said like, yo, you have this talent, you have this gift, like you have to keep going, you have to keep going, you have to keep going Even when it was hard was um
was definitely crucial.
But to say that like there were times when like I like throughout that time, like I never, you know, felt down, I never lost hope.
I never felt like stopping training.
Like that would, you know, be a lie.
Like there there were many times.
I bet.
But um
Yeah, I just uh I guess I had the right people around me and um I I kept pushing, so yeah.
Um prep was prep was good.
Um I've definitely had worse preps than this one.
Um
But I've also had better preps.
Um I was dealing with like a couple injuries, like my elbow was giving me issues.
I had to like stop benching for like three weeks.
Um I had like a couple of like hip, glute, lower back stuff, all on the right side, which still kind of like affected me um on me day as well yesterday.
Um but generally overall it was like decent.
