maybe keeping at like, you know, ninety, ninety five percent, um, which was was was was good enough.
You know, like a lot of the like heavy lifts that I wanted to hit in prep, um, to kinda like prepare me for the competition, um, I was unable to.
But, you know, it kinda was where it was and, you know, that's kinda how it goes sometimes and uh still made the best of it.

So the back condition that I have is called spondylolus thesis.
If your doctor said you got what is it called?
Spondylolis thesis.
Yeah.
It's crazy.
So it's essentially w a condition where like um the ligaments that um kind of like keep the spinal vertebrae in line um are like weakened so that my L5 and S1 vertebrae are like shifted from on top of each other, so they're not perfectly aligned.
And sometimes that could affect like the spinal cord and stuff like that, and like it hurts and your legs, your glutes, everything.
Um surprisingly though.
I've found like um just with like certain core exercises and being on top of things and being super consistent like diet-wise and everything like that, it gets to the point where like I could get a X-ray or MRI done and you can't tell that I have it.
Because like it's so like you know, like dialed in.
Because
Um so the injuries that I had coming into this weren't to do with that, they were like other stuff.
So um obviously people
People would say that like, you know, I've dealt with this in the past and, you know, it's gonna be like an ongoing thing.
I don't think so.
