And you know what I was dealing with coming into this was different.

So I think I think I should be should be fine unless once I stay on top of things.

I I think I will be because literally back in um in twenty nineteen when I got that like first X ray and like it was it was bad.

Like you Oh that was twenty nineteen.

Yeah, it was literally it was twenty nineteen.

Exactly, right?

The doctor, the first doctor that I saw, he was like, Oh yeah, just stop lifting.

Like he was like, This is only gonna get worse, you're gonna need surgery, like you you're cooked, you're done, like that's that's it, right?

And I was like, No, I'm not gonna do that.

And um, you know, like I I just kinda like worked through it.

I never got surgery, I've been on top of things and I got a x ray done um earlier this year and y you couldn't even you couldn't see it.

So yeah, you that's definitely like a good point.

that like ten different x rays, ten different MRIs, ten different doctors, you get so many different like results.

Yeah.

Um, so the heat so I sweat regardless.

So like it it could be like, you know, fifteen degrees in the room Celsius and I I'm gonna sweat.

So that's just me.

Um but in terms of like the the heat, like that wasn't necessarily a problem because I am from the Caribbean and like heat is is what I deal with.
