But she did bench 102.5 last year at a slightly heavier body weight.
I mean she did deadlift 240 last year as well.
Again at a slightly heavier body weight, but that does tend to impact uh deadlift maybe a little bit less than uh than a bench press does.

I think Joy also has a really good hit rate on her lifts as well, probably not quite as good as Megan Lee um's hundred hundred percent over the last five meets.
Um but you know, we're talking about sort of like ninety-three percent on squats and and eighty-seven on bench and deadlifts.
So definitely not someone who you can rely on missing attempts.
And so I actually think Jonah Money is probably gonna hit a um uh like a like a a tidy total PB here if she can put that together.
Um, but uh but I do still think that Sara is the favorite here.

After that is Powell from France.
Um she I have not been able to find anything about her training, but she did total five oh two point five at um FF Force Nats in December and then about four ninety-two point five in March.
Um so
if she's around there again, that I think will probably be in a pretty good position for uh for podium, but probably not for those top one or two spaces.
Something else I just wanna point out there is that the um the ninety five percent mark, which is important for getting the Sheffield invite, is five oh four.
And there's a few women who I think are likely to be floating sort of around about the five hundred mark.
So Pal, I think probably floating around 500.
