You know, there are a lot of people for whom, you know
uh a very hard set of five might be or you you know a very good set of five might be a little bit over eighty percent.
But then there are some people where that would be closer to ninety percent.
And so sort of depending where Sarah is for that, and it it it it seemed like that was a set that she was very happy with.
Um but she's sort of sort of just under that 90% mark there.
And so I would suggest that her squad is going quite well.
But I can't look at that and go, Oh yeah, she's gonna squat, you know, to a five, to ten ba based on that.
Um, I think interestingly, she has also done um a couple of good bench presses recently.
Um she did hit a uh 107.5 uh in a meet recently at about 60 kilos body weight.
Um that was a bench only meet.
Um and she has actually done 112.5 before as well, though that was uh uh even slightly heavier again.
Um
So definitely, definitely my favorite there.
She's also got uh she has uh hit a 220 for a double on on deadlifts recently, which you know, projecting out a top end from a from a double is probably a little bit easier than from a from a set of five there.
And so it does look like she's probably in a good place for a for a deadlift P there as PB there as well.
Um
Joinamani is quite hard to look past though, um, mostly because she has a monster deadlift.
Um, squat and bench probably both a little bit behind um Sara there.
Um and and and and on total, sort of about 10 kilos behind there.
I say about 10 kilos, exactly 10 kilos behind there.
