Yeah, I think that was the case.
Um, even though, you know, on on paper Carlina had, you know, the the the bigger total coming in, we knew that the gap you know, Team New Zealand knew that the gap wasn't like quite as wide as it looked like it was on paper.
And when you get into that situation, you know, the difference of, you know, one missed attempt or not can make the difference between, you know, in this case first or second, but in in some classes could be the difference between, you know, first and fourth.
Um and so
I wasn't uh I actually missed the opening attempt 'cause I was I was warming peop people up in a rush for the uh the one twenties.
Um but you know, c came back to it and I I thought some of the calls were a little bit rough.
Um but that is one of those things that you have to adapt to on the day, right?
Um you don't get to control who the referees are or what the perspective that they have is.
Um you have to play the conditions on on the day, um not the conditions that you would you know, would like to have.
Um
Um and so yeah, maybe a little bit maybe a little bit on the rough side, um, but uh that happens.
Same conditions for everyone.
So um
Um really, really impressed with uh Ashton Ruska.
U Oh my gosh, yeah.
Yeah, yeah, it was fantastic.
Um it seemed like he was experiencing some like tailbone pain um going going through warm-ups and was just sort of like uh making the most of it.
I know they wanted four hundred, but like you said, just, you know, uh mature not to take it.
