That was the fun part.

So everybody was like, well, why wouldn't you go to Cambridge or stay at Oxford?

And I'm like, that wasn't really my motivation to go to the most elite academic institutions, although Berkeley was one, which is where I did my PhD.

But I wanted to travel and, you know, do something a little different.

Well, I first started getting interested in Helen of Troy because, you know, Achilles is the greatest warrior of the Greeks.

Most people probably know that.

And Helen is the most beautiful woman in the world ever.

And I always thought that they kind of made a good couple because he...

I mean, there should be a couple, right?

Because he's like the manliest man and she's the womanliest woman.

And anyway, she's the most beautiful woman in the world.

And as you know, not just from Greek culture, but from pretty much every culture the world has ever known, beautiful women are trouble.

And so in Greek mythology, she's the daughter of Zeus, who's the king of the gods.

And that means she has like a divine superpower, which is her beauty.

But she has a human mother.

So she's like among humans.

She is human, but kind of special, very special and has this awe inspiring superpower of her beauty, which makes everybody want to fall in love with her.

So naturally, this is going to lead to trouble.

And because she's the most beautiful woman in the world, it leads to the greatest war of all time, commonly known as the Trojan War.

Yeah.
