If somebody isn't a fit, it's more damage to go, I don't want to fire the guy.

I don't want to get rid of him.

We're kicking the can down the road, and it's going to be worse for that person later.

And when you realize... You change the lens.

You change the frame.

You change the lens.

And you start to go, he's better.

If this isn't a good fit, he's better off.

He's better off finding a fit somewhere else where he will fit in and be happy.
