Because we had those three, four, five bird in hands, right, that were like, you know, this is a financial opportunity.

Um, not to mention, I didn't even say this of the 14 lots,
two of those are private islands, that there is a bridge that goes out to each of those private islands.
They're like six acre private islands where you just can't find that.
And even in our market, if you were on Lake Minnetonka, which is a huge lake, not too far from here, I mean, that would have been $10 million for a private island.
And these lines were being sold for considerably cheaper just because it was in a different suburb.
But when we did this development, we literally set
there had never been houses built this expensive in anywhere in that entire city.
Right.
And that's that part of it.
And so we set the comps and we had to, we had to work through a lot of stuff to get the original ones to appraise, but they did.
Um, and, but you know, a lot of clients too, they, they pay cash too.
Right.
So, um, and that helps a lot of different things.
