I don't care.
I think it's great to publish them so others can read so then you can get feedback too and then it adds an extra piece of learning there.
But at minimum, do it for yourself because
Because you don't fully grasp, you don't fully know what you believe until you write it down.
And to me, I learned that just from doing it because I thought like, well, no, I know what I think.
I know what I believe.
And then somebody asked me about it and I'm kind of lost.
Well, because I don't have a writing practice in my early days as a leader.
I need to develop a writing practice for getting those thoughts out of your head on the page.
So whether it's like have somebody supply you with prompts,
Um, sometimes people have to do tricks where they, they send them as text messages.
They reply to emails, whatever it is.
Like I'll do that with leaders that say, no, I'll do it.
I don't, I don't even know how to do that.
Well, I'll just send them an email with questions and then they, I'm like,
they're backing into how they're doing that because I'm just asking them some questions.
So whether you need someone to supply you with prompts, whatever it may be, create some sort of writing practice, some easy prompts to start for anybody.
Let's say you've never done this before.
That is, okay, write down in a Google doc,
what did I do today to go to bed a little bit wiser than I was when I woke up, right?
