I got five as well.

So the older ones make it a little bit easier because they do their own thing.

My youngest is 11, and so it really is important to me to put her on the bus every day, and I like to be there to get her off the bus every day when we're in school.

We're recording in the summer, so she's not in school right now.

It starts very early.

My whole thing, I don't know about balance.

I don't know how that works, but I do know that I try to work really, really hard when my kids are either asleep or they're in school.

When they're out of that, I like to be with them as much as I can because I'm currently living in the good old days and I don't want to have regrets.

I've talked to a lot of dads, especially at that Scottsdale retreat, like half of them, their kids were out of the house.

They were in college or beyond.

And they all said the exact same thing, which was you're in the good old days.

Like, make sure you know that and don't waste a single day.

So that's why I get up really early to get up early.

You got to go to bed early in order to get enough sleep.

So I try to do that as well.

Get up early.

I am a seven day a week workout guy.

It's my medicine.

I have a chip in my brain that is gone, meaning that I am messed up.
