If I don't work out, I can't be a normal functioning human.
My brother has the same thing.
My dad does as well.
So I think it's just part of our DNA where we're messed up.
But anyway, I do that, work out, write, stretch, do all those things, and then go on a walk with my wife and our dog and then have breakfast with my family, put my daughter on the bus.
And then it's get after it time while they're all at school, try to get her off the bus around four o'clock or pick her up or my wife does.

And when we – we did all of our workouts in the early, early morning.
So it's just very – even on the weekends when I can sleep in or don't need to get up early –
my body physically won't do it.
Um, it's so conditioned because it's been doing it for such a long time when I was in high school playing football, when I was in college playing football afterwards, working out before work, you know, then having kids, you, you, you certainly, you, you run out of time.
Uh, if you try to do that stuff in the afternoon, um, if you want to see them.
So I think that's, that's, that's just kind of forced me to do that.
I realize people hear that
