And so to me, I see almost no downside of you being the one to organize the dinner.

It doesn't have to be two or three days like I did.

Just do a dinner, which I also do as well.

But be the catalyst.

Be the one to find the people to connect everybody.

Because nobody at that outing, not many of them, hardly any of them knew of each other.

The only connection was they knew me.

And so I brought them together.

Now there are some others that have become friends for life because of those few days in Scottsdale.

So whatever it is, if it's just a night –

host it yourself, put it together.

Again, I would be shocked if you had any regrets after doing that.

Even if you mess up parts of it, it's still worth it to get people together who are going to be curious and have a desire to try to help others.

It's really cool to make that happen.

I mean, think of any job, any relationship, anything.

any element of life.

Because I got asked to give this talk, and they wanted it titled, How to Get Promoted.

And I was like, huh.

Okay.

And so I got up there and basically started talking about, what is your job if you want to get promoted?
