You've got Matt Walsh, whose therapy is overwhelmingly kind of a scam is how he presents it.

One of the things I'm afraid of is that in our society, we're presenting this dichotomy where liberals go to therapy and conservatives don't.

And I think there's a lot of liberals going to therapy who don't need to be there.

And there's probably some conservatives who do need mental health support.

And they look at this field and say, that field is not for me.

You people can't help me.

Well, what can you tell me about what's going on in that political landscape in terms of how we view therapy?

Yeah.

One thing that I bring up to a lot of people is like, what if you are, you know, a person who is being like shamed or attacked in the workplace for being white and or a man?

And you're thinking, OK, I need to like process some of this.

Some is not right.

This is not sitting well with me.

I need to like unpack this.

But you think this like 24 year old, like progressive woman is like has no idea what I'm going through.

And they're just going to shame me and tell me to check my privilege.

So last question I want to leave it with is what do you think the mental health, what do you think, what do you think the general public needs to know about mental health that you don't think is talked about enough?
