Senators will return next week to vote on the measure before the funding deadline of January 30th.

Republican Committee Chair James Comer brought the resolutions forward after the former president and first lady did not show up for a deposition as part of the committee's investigation into late convicted sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein.

Top Oversight Democrat Robert Garcia voted no, but wants the Clintons to negotiate while accusing Republicans of playing politics.
