So I think that, number one, anybody in the workforce today can take action to start to learn a little bit about AI.
And I'm actually very encouraged on this point because as I travel and I talk to workers in hospitality or in retail and frontline worker environments,
The amount of workers I talk to that are already playing with and exploring AI, I think is really, really high.
And I think it's actually, it's very interesting on the opposite when I talk to companies where the internal leadership teams do not know, they can't even spell AI in some cases.
Like they, they might have it, but they're not really well versed on it.
So I think this is an opportunity should absolutely make AI a core functional area.
Even if you're just using it a little bit, all types of online resources, free classes, free webinars, videos that you can take up to get your hands dirty.

While those professionals have been struggling maybe in recent years, 400,000 skilled trade jobs are said to be unfilled at the moment.
Those are going to go up in the years ahead.
So I think that continuing to look at jobs that are manufacturing, I believe that's a big area.
Healthcare is also a big category that's not going to see a downturn as aging population.
You're going to see a lot more workers need in healthcare jobs.
People, a robot's not going to walk into your hospital room anytime soon.
So health care is another area.
